Brand new website for e-bookstore Publio.pl.
About project
Publio offers over 20 000 titles in formats specially adapted to e-reading, the audio versions for listening and also digitalized press and magazines. The biggest challenge in this project was to design a website that will be user-friendly.
We had to set our goals and priorities precisely to design an intuitive, optimalized architecture of information: visually and from the backend. See also Książka w podróży, a reading campaign involving Publio.pl.
Result
At first we had to run a UX analysis and tests over the old version of website. We had to check how we can improve it. We created 33 mockups to get to the point: an e-bookstore that is comfortable to search in, register and buy. We also prepared a mobile version of the website to meet the expectations of people who use tablets or smartphones.
Our goal was to design the information architecture that will allow a convenient way of browsing the bookstore, creating an account and guide through the purchasing pathway.
