Xportio Planner as a business tool aims to support the entrepreneurs in achieving success during the company’s international expansion. Within the framework of the project entrepreneurs have a chance to conduct a thorough analysis of every aspect of their activity, seek professional advice in the area which is of interest to them, as well as obtain answers to their questions.
The project responds to the needs of the market. Since 2010 the number of exporters and the value of exported goods have been rising, and according to many Polish entrepreneurs international expansion is the condition of the successful development of the company. However, entering foreign markets, although it guarantees high return rate, also requires a good preparation.
In the case of Xportio we have been working with the brand from the very beginning. We started the project by creating the strategy on the basis of which we prepared the name, branding and visual communication of the product. The brand image had to be professional and modern, however, it could not create an unnecessary distance.
We used navy blue as our basis in order to present the project as trustworthy, created by professionals. It is a serious, business color. The design is complemented with sky blue and green components which reduce the distance and create the impression of a friendly, customer-oriented brand, as well as with the wing theme referring to export and taken from the messenger archetype (Greek God Hermes and his winged sandals).
The guidelines concerning the project assumed the efficient execution of the consecutive steps of the process. Based on visual communication, we designed and implemented the website which is currently available at xportio.com.
The main goal which we set ourselves was to create the maximally useful tool, which would come in handy to every entrepreneur from the target group which had been determined before. Therefore, we simplified the visual aspects and contents as much as possible in order to provide the recipient with the essence.
